Job responsibilities
-Manage the construction projects
-Assist the construction senior engineer in elaborating the terms of reference for any construction project or any consultancy service
-Supervise any consultant or any construction project
-Assist the construction senior engineer in design and costing process for any project
-Assist the construction senior engineer to assess and validate the projects which need government support;
-write periodic reports in accordance to the timelines set by the direct supervisor
