Ngali Energy Ltd invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply of spares parts and tool for Ntaruka A HPP
The Tender Document can be obtained from the Procurement Office of Ngali Energy Ltd, located on the 5th Floor, BODIFA House (Opposite Parliament Building), Kigali.

Interested bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF as the cost of the Tender Document.
Payment must be made to the Ngali Energy Account No. 211/179736/15100/0 at GT Bank.
A copy of the payment receipt must be presented to obtain the bidding document, and the original payment receipt must be included in the bid offer.
Bids must be well-prepared, properly bound, and presented in one original copy.
Bids should be submitted to the Procurement Office at the address mentioned above no later than April 29th, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The opening will take place at 10:30 AM on the same day.
Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title of the tender.
