Interested bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF as the cost of the Tender Document.
Payment must be made to the Ngali Energy Account No. 211/179736/15100/0 at GT Bank.
A copy of the payment receipt must be presented to obtain the bidding document, and the original payment receipt must be included in the bid offer.
Bids must be well-prepared, properly bound, and presented in one original copy.
The completed bid must be submitted to the Procurement Office not later than 10:00 AM on 11th April 2025.
Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
The opening will take place at 10:15 AM on the same day (April 11th, 2025) at the Ngali Energy Ltd office, located at the address mentioned above.
The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
