Compassion International — Rwanda invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply and installation of office curtains. This project seeks to furnish various office spaces with high-quality, durable curtains that
improve aesthetics, privacy, and light control.
The selected supplier will be responsible for:
Supplying curtain materials based on precise measurements
Installation in designated areas
Provision of all required accessories
Removal and disposal of existing curtains
Interested bidders are invited to collect the full tender document at Compassion International Rwanda office from April 11th ,2025 to April 17th, 2025. during working hours.
Key Details:
Completion Timeline: 7 days from contract signature
Site Visit: April 17th, 2025, at 2:00 PM (It is required for all bidders to ensure accurate measurement)
Quotation Requirements: Final, inclusive prices; unit and total costs; VAT; warranty; and delivery time
Submission Instructions:
Submit two sealed envelopes (Technical & Financial Proposals)
Clearly marked with tender reference number and company name
Deadline: April 23rd, 2025, at 5:00PM
