Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell IT hardware products including desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, and UPS systems. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge and a passion for customer engagement and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT hardware sales (desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, UPS)
Meet and exceed sales targets through B2B and B2C channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
Provide product demos, quotations, and technical guidance to customers
Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for IT hardware
Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Coordinate with internal technical teams for product sourcing and delivery
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support when required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT product sales or hardware distribution
Knowledge of IT hardware (especially desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, and UPS systems)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
A valid driver’s license is preferred for field visits
Preferred Skills:
Existing client base or network in corporate, retail, or education sectors
Certification or training in IT hardware sales
