Role Description
The Operational Specialist at Zenthoryx is a full-time on-site role located in Kigali. The primary responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing project management tasks, implementing operational strategies, and improving processes to enhance efficiency. The role also involves coordination between different departments, conducting sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication channels within the organization. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in Sales to support and drive business development activities
• Operations Management expertise to maintain and enhance business operations
• Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and deliver successful projects
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
