Job responsibilities
"A. Manage logistics operations
1. Prepare logistics and support plans;Develop and implement
methodologies and tools to enable effective execution of logistic
plans;
2. Manage stock and continuously monitor the movements of stock;
3. Organise and supervise distribution of purchased assets;
4. Ensure the delivery of any material or equipment ordered to the
Ministry of Justice;
5. Monitor the execution of Suppliers' contracts in liaison with
Procurement Office;
6. Elaborate periodic inventory of fixed and non -fixed assets;
7. Identify equipments that need to be renewed;
8. Participate in the Elaboration of Contract for the maintenance of Tools and
Equipments;
9. Ensure maintenance of non-fixed assets of the institution.
