Job Description – Tally/React Developer

SMART IT CONSULTING Ltd (SiC) is a dynamic startup IT company focused on developing and maintaining cutting-edge enterprise applications (Odoo framework, Dolibarr, Lime survey) and both iOS and Android mobile apps (Flutter framework and React Native library).
Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that drive business efficiency and growth. It is in this context that we are looking for a proactive Tally/REACT developer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and enhance Tally ERP functionalities using TDL (Tally Definition Language)
Develop and maintain user-friendly web applications using React.js
Work on system integrations between Tally and other platforms (APIs, XML, JSON)
Maintain code quality, perform debugging, and ensure performance optimization
Collaborate with other technical and functional teams where needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in React.js and Tally/TDL development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks
Experience in Tally ERP customization and report generation
Knowledge of API integration and basic backend connectivity
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexible and adaptable to shifting project needs
