Lead the Rwanda business and company Strategy
Grow the brand’s reputation and reach
Balance priorities between conservation and hospitality
Develop short- to mid-term strategies to meet goals
Ensure efficient business processes are in place
Oversee forecasting and key business relationships
Requirements
10 – 15 years’ experience in hospitality safari operations, primarily in the private sector, with 10 years in a senior operational leadership role.
