Prime Insurance Ltd is pleased to invite all qualified bidders to submit their tenders for the hiring of a company to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Participation is open to all competent bidders who meet the requirements outlined in the bid document.

The bid document can be obtained upon submission of proof of payment for a non-refundable fee of twenty thousand (20,000) Rwanda Francs. Payment should be made to the Prime Insurance Ltd account at EQUITY BANK, Account Number: 4003200206408.

All bids must be submitted in person no later than 2:00 PM Kigali Time on April 24th, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the submission deadline.
