Background:
Easy and Possible Organization (EPO) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering youth, women, and children. Registered with the Rwanda Governance Board under certificate number 342/RGB/NGO/LP/07/2018 and published in the official gazette No 25 of 24/06/2019, EPO focuses on 5 key areas of interventions: Youth Empowerment, Health and Nutrition, Education, Environment and Human Right. Our mission is to educate, secure, and improve livelihoods within communities.

Easy and Possible Organization operates a community media house that includes an FM radio station (Isano Radio 92.0 FM), Public Places Community Media (PPCM), an online newspaper, a YouTube TV channel, and various social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, among others). EPO’s Community Media House plays a crucial role in providing reliable and quality information to empower citizens and support effective communication of government and public policies.

Qualifications: Passionate university students or graduates (A0, A1) in Journalism and related faculties. Being under the age of two years after completing university is an added advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties
Produce at least 2 video documentary per week
Present live news 2 times a week
Produce 3 feature stories a week
Flexible to join radio talk show department as complementary duties
Required Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in research skills to gather accurate information from multiple sources.
Both audio and video documentary development and presentation skills and knowledge
Radio Programs presentation skills at the medium resolution level (entertaining Radio Programs, sports shows, Live match commentary and news reporting and presentation).
Rwandan Media Law and ethics as his code of conduct
Genuine enthusiasm for news, demonstrated through active involvement or previous experience in news reporting.
Ability to conduct insightful interviews with all concerned sources of information’s and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in using computer tools such as Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, and others.
Team working spirit
Fluent in Kinyarwanda. English and French are considered as added advantage).
Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of Rwanda and less than 35 years

Job Location: Rubavu, Rwanda
Benefits: Interns will receive a monthly stipend of 100,000Frw for the duration of their six-month internship.
