President Kagame and Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) President David Lappartient flagged off the 17th edition of Rwanda Cycling Tour #TdRwanda2025. This year’s edition comes ahead of the UCI World Championships that is expected to bring together riders from across the world for the first World Championship to be held in Africa in 125 years. UCI counts 201 federations and countries.
