Today, RDB, alongside officials from the Government of Rwanda, hosted a delegation from Azerbaijan, led by H.E. Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations. The visit centred on knowledge sharing and collaboration in delivering citizen-centred public services.
Following the meeting, RDB CEO, Jean-Guy K. Afrika signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Agency to formalise cooperation in adopting international best practices inspired by the Azerbaijan Service and Assessment Network (ASAN) model.
The partnership will support Rwanda’s ongoing efforts to modernise and streamline service delivery for both citizens and businesses. 🇷🇼🤝🇦🇿
