About the Role
This role executes administrative work related to payments and bank/mobile money account management. This role also maintains the vendor masterfile by adding or updating vendor details and ensuring that appropriate documents are obtained and filed.
Responsibilities
Bank & Mobile Money Admin: Manage user access, account opening/closing, bank signatories, and support banking paperwork, including KYC and fee monitoring.
Vendor Management: Maintain the vendor master file, create/update vendor records in Vendorful/Odoo, and suggest process improvements.
Payments Support: Assist with payment admin tasks, improve tools like trackers and filing systems, and ensure compliance with audit and board policies.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
2+ years of experience in payment operations, banking, or financial management
Experience in resolving payment-related issues and liaising with banks and service providers to ensure smooth operations
Fluency in English required
