The items will be sold on an “as where is “basis. The items will be available for inspection at HI Rwanda head office on normal working days from19/03/2025 to 01/04/2025, from 10:00 am to 16:00.

Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the under-designed and clearly marked “PURCHASE OF ITEMS LOT 1, LOT 2, LOT 3, LOT 4 BY WAY OF ABSOLUTE AUCTION”.

Well-sealed Envelopes should be deposited at the reception not later than 1/04/2025 at 10:00 am. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 am in the HI meeting Room. All the bidders are invited to attend the bid opening process.

Terms & Conditions of Sale of the HI Items

Eligible parties shall bid according to the following conditions:

The person interested in bidding to purchase the HI items shall have to submit the bidding document in the prescribed form attached to this tender at the HI Head Office situated at KK 10 Ave, Imela House before 10:00 on 11th April2025.

The successful bidders shall have to remit/pay 100% of the accepted bid amount in the next 24 hours on acceptance of the bid by HI Rwanda in cash in the cashier office and from there, he/she will have a receipt.

The items are being sold in “as are where is” condition.

The person who is participating in the tender will have to affix his signature to the bid sheet in a token of his participation in the tender. The offer shall be made exclusively through the attached form.

The items will be given at their respective stores to the successful bidder after showing the receipt proving the payment. The vehicle should be removed immediately.

If HI has not received any tender in respect of an item or has received only one tender in respect of the item, or if the tender is not acceptable to HI. It shall be competent to HI to take another decision in that regard.

The decision of the tender/Auction committee is final, in case of disputes of any nature, arising during the auction.

If the amount quoted in the tender is un-satisfactory to HI, purchase of items does not arise.

Tenders received after the specified time and date will not be considered and shall be returned unopened.
