TENDER NOTICE

African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) through the “Igire Ubakejo (IUE) Marburg and MPOX Project, under USAID funding, is looking for potential qualified bidder to supply, hygiene kits and products to churches and public offices. The project will promote hygiene within the vicinity of religious settings that promote essential hygiene practice such as regular handwashing and safe interactions hence encouraging the faith leaders and traditional healers to adopt hygiene practices in their places of worship in order to minimize the contamination and spread of Marburg and MPOX.
The hygiene kits will be supplied in a)Gasabo, Nyarugenge and Kicukiro districts of Kigali City,b)Bugesera, Gatsibo, Ngoma, Kayonza, Kirehe and Nyagatare districts of Eastern Province,c)Huye, Kamonyi, Gisagara and Nyamagabe districts of Southern Province,d)Rusizi, Nyamasheke, Nyabihu, Karongi, Rutsiro and Rubavu districts of Western Province and e)Musanze district of Northern Province.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies one being original and a copy should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than Friday January 17, 2025 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:30 am.
Bids must include: Cover letter, financial proposal (price including taxes), VAT Certificate, RDB certificate, Tax Clearance, EBM usage and at least three Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from other three recognized companies/Organizations.
