Job responsibilities

Summary of Overall Role and Responsibilities

The Administration and Logistics Officer is responsible of administrative management, Human

resources, Hospital information management, financial resources and assets management, infrastructure,

management of material and investment and planning.

II. Key Duties and Tasks

 Coordinate the development of action plan and annual budget for the health facility;

 Budget, procurement plan, and action plan for domestic and donors’ funds;

 Liaise with the Internal or external auditors and participate to the audit implementation

recommendations.

 Coordinate the appraisal of monthly/annual staff evaluations

 Review monthly, quarterly and annual report for activities administrative and logistic services.

 Coordination of all logistics activities in the health facility including management of equipment

and other assets;

 Management of all administrative matters of Medicalized Health Center

 Supervise Human resource function as per laws and regulations.

 Supervision and coordination of incoming and outgoing correspondences

Qualifications

Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Studies

0 Year of relevant experience

Advanced Diploma in Office Management

0 Year of relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies

0 Year of relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration

0 Year of relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences

Bachelor's Degree in Management

Bachelor's Degree in Office Management
