TENDER NOTICE N° 003/03/WKS/2025/AAR
TENDER TITLE: The Construction of Three (03)Classrooms at Groupe Scolaire Rwesero in Busasamana Sector and Three (03)Classrooms at Groupe Scolaire Bugina in Muyira Sector, Nyanza District, Southern Province.

ActionAid Rwanda hereby invites national tenders for “The Construction of Three (03)Classrooms at Groupe Scolaire Rwesero in Busasamana Sector and Three (03)Classrooms at Groupe Scolaire Bugina in Muyira Sector, Nyanza District, Southern Province.” Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.
The Tender Document may be obtained from ActionAid email: [email protected] One day after submission of the bank slip of non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 100000509258/00040-0043097-62 of ActionAid opened at Bank of Kigali. The tender document will be available from 28/03/2025 after submitting the bank slip on email: [email protected] not later than one day after submission of the bank slip.
The mandatory site visit is planned on Tuesday,1/04/2025 at 10:00am. The visit will start from Nyanza ActionAid Rwanda Office, Busasamana Sector, Nyanza District.
Well prepared bids written in English language, properly bound, and presented in 2 copies of which, an original and 1 copy in sealed envelopes will be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices in Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building on Tuesday, 15/04/2025 at 10:30 AM.
The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 10:45 AM at the Actionaid conference-room. Late bids will be rejected.
